  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Changes to the delivery address must be requested before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.

    • In-stock Products: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days; delivery times vary by location (1–10 business days within Canada).

4. Rescheduling & Failed Delivery
