As a family-run company based in Calgary, our mission has always been simple: bring exceptional Mediterranean-style dairy products to Canadian tables using 100% Canadian milk. Our Haloumi, a versatile cheese loved across cultures, remains our signature product - grilled, fried, baked, or fresh, it brings people together.
With over a decade of hands-on experience, backed by my background in chemical engineering and food science, we’ve built Chinook Cheese on a foundation of science, passion, and community. Every product reflects rigorous quality, years of technical collaboration, and a deep respect for artisanal methods.
